Kent and Medway Safe Havens. Are you feeling distressed, frightened, overwhelmed, or that things are too much for you? Don’t know where to turn to get mental health support? Are your usual sources of support closed for the night? Kent and Medway Safe Havens out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16+ in the Kent area, from four locations in Canterbury, Medway, Thanet and Maidstone. We have have reopened for face to face support. Where possible, please contact the services first before attending for information regarding safely returning to the Havens.
