The Lots More to Offer project helps people 45+ to get back into employment, self-employment, education and training or job search. We offer 1-1 support with a dedicated Employment Support Advisor. Your Employment Support Advisor will help you with updating or creating your CV and cover letter, job search techniques, up-skilling, interview preparation, motivation and confidence building.
